RxHealthMD does not provide medical care. Medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers.

Prescription medications, if prescribed, are based on medical necessity and clinical judgment following a provider evaluation. Results and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Telehealth Consent

You consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth technologies, including electronic communications, video conferencing, and secure messaging.

You understand that:

• Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care

• Technical issues may occur

• You may withdraw consent at any time

Pharmacy Fulfillment

Prescriptions, if approved, are fulfilled by independent licensed pharmacies. RxHealthMD does not dispense medications.

Emergency Care

Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. In case of emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
